The creative fee
$200
The Creative Fee is your booking fee for your photography shoot and planning of your session. Paying this fee secures your time and date and is non-refundable.
Your Creative Fee includes, your amazing and fun photo session at the location of your choice, detailed questionnaire, wardrobe advice.
Digital files are sold separately.
After your photo shoot, you will receive access to your private online gallery of carefully selected images, each treated with the love and attention.
The next exiting step, is to choose which digital collection or package you’d like to purchase…

How long do we have to wait to get our full gallery of images?
I aim to have your completed digital gallery delivered to you within a 4 to 6 week time frame. More often than not I will have them delivered within a 2 week time frame.
I will communicate with you throughout the process.

What to wear?
Not too matchy matchy and no big logos. Wear clothes you feel good in and that speak to your personality. Neutral colours are always a safe choice and black is best avoided. I advise you to text me some photos of outfit choices to ensure they will suit the location choice and tones of the shoot.

What happens in case of bad weather and if we get sick?
In case of bad weather and we can't go ahead with a outdoor session we will reschedule. If you are sick please let me know 24 h in advance and we will reschedule.

Do you offer payment plan?
I am able to offer a payment option to families who might like to split the balance.
A $100 non-refundable retainer will be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your date.
One payment will need to be paid 1 week prior to our session, with the remaining balance to be paid within 2 weeks after our session date/ before handover of your gallery. These figures will be specified on your invoice. Please specify upon booking if you need a payment option.

How and when do we have to pay?
I ask that a creative fee is paid upon booking to secure your date. The final amount is due after you receive your online gallery 'viewing only' you then can decide on your collection and choose your finale images.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Absolutely! What a beautiful gift? Get in touch with me and I can organise to send you either a digital or printed voucher.

Do you travel for sessions?
Yes I love to travel. There is no travel fee for the Nambucca Valley (Macksville, Nambucca Heads, Scotts Head, Valla) and the Coffs Harbour region. For anything out of area please let me know via email and I can send you pricing for a travel fee.
